Position Overview:
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead and manage installation crews on residential and light commercial projects. You’ll ensure high-quality installations, mentor apprentices, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct HVAC installation crews
- Perform complete HVAC installations (residential & light commercial)
- Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills
- Install boilers (combi, steam & hot), ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, RTUs, air handlers, high velocity systems, and tankless water heaters
- Ensure all work complies with current codes and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of current HVAC codes and standards
- Ability to mentor and guide apprentices
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
As an HVAC service technician, your primary responsibility will be to offer excellent customer service, be a team Leader by efficiently diagnosing equipment issues and providing necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose, service, and repair various HVAC systems (boilers, tankless water heaters, and SDHV systems experience is a plus!).
- Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial equipment.
- Document service work and communicate findings with the management team.
- Educate homeowners about their HVAC systems and recommended maintenance.
- Promote preventative maintenance plans to build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure your company vehicle is stocked, organized, and well-maintained.
- Present a clean, professional appearance.
- Be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HVAC Service Tech
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
- Spiffs / Commissions
