The Responsibilities:

• Be the First Point of Contact: Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Provide Key Information: Offer accurate details about product availability, pricing, and scheduling to keep our customers informed.
• Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, file installation paperwork, and complete rebate forms to keep everything organized.
• Assist with Scheduling: Help customers book, modify, or cancel service appointments and installations with ease.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with our internal team to ensure every customer’s experience is top-notch.
• Maintain Records: Keep customer records up-to-date and manage information accurately.
• Support the Team: Provide assistance to other office staff and use office equipment like printers, scanners, and computers effectively.
• Multi-task and Manage Time: Balance various duties and manage your time efficiently to complete tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus. Familiarity with phone systems and customer service software is ideal.
• Skills: Strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to handle dispatching tasks effectively.
• Requirements: High school diploma, typing speed of around 50 words per minute, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Warren is looking for a Lead Installer for an immediate full-time position, that may lead to Management role for the right candidate. Must be a dedicated team player, willing to work overtime and some Saturdays as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate pride in their work and in their role in helping the company grow and succeed and have strong leadership qualities. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lead Installer is required. Residential and light commercial applications. • Able to lead and direct an installation crew
• Able to train an apprentice
• Able to understand and perform installations from start to finish
• Able to make a materials list on site
• Able to measure for and order custom sheet metal
• Ability to make sheet metal is a plus
• Ability to install boilers, tankless water heaters, mini split systems is a plus
• Knows current code
• Excellent communication skills
