Position Overview:

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead and manage installation crews on residential and light commercial projects. You’ll ensure high-quality installations, mentor apprentices, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct HVAC installation crews Perform complete HVAC installations (residential & light commercial)
Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills
Fabricate and install sheet metal
Install boilers (combi, steam & hot), ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, RTUs, air handlers, Spacepak, and tankless water heaters (a plus)
Ensure all work complies with current codes and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of current HVAC codes and standards
Ability to mentor and guide apprentices
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to quality workmanship
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs.

Compensation & Benefits:

$28 - $40 per hour (based on experience) + spiff & bonuses
