McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Warren is looking for a Lead Installer for an immediate full-time position, that may lead to Management role for the right candidate. Must be a dedicated team player, willing to work overtime and some Saturdays as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate pride in their work and in their role in helping the company grow and succeed and have strong leadership qualities. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Lead Installer is required. Residential and light commercial applications. The Responsibilities:

Able to lead and direct an installation crew
Able to train an apprentice
Able to understand and perform installations from start to finish
Able to make a materials list on site
Able to measure for and order custom sheet metal
Ability to make sheet metal is a plus
Ability to install boilers, tankless water heaters, mini split systems is a plus
Knows current code
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Dependable/Punctual/ Positive Attitude/Detail Oriented
