I was called to a home to repair a tankless water heater. Upon arrival, I found that the unit was not producing hot water. I checked the power and gas supply and found that they were both working properly. I then checked the pressure relief valve and found that it was not working properly. I replaced the pressure relief valve and tested the unit again. The water heater was now producing hot water. I also checked the temperature and pressure relief valve for any leaks and found none. I then cleaned the unit and made sure that all the connections were tight. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
